AASTORE (AutoLib - Automated STORE App) Prerequisite . AASTORE App (should be bought by any establishment/ shop)(* Ask for trail) . Account will be set-up in CLOUD for each store/in the Store computes . Android mobile v.5 and above, Wi-Fi/Internet/data pack; Wi-Fi or Blue tooth enabled printer . This app can be used for any small store [hotel, cake shop, sweet, readymade, textile, toys, shoe, fancy, jewelry, watch, Battery, parlour, electrical /electronic/Appliances, etc] How it works 1. Store owner can download the app in our web site/ store 2. Separate account with Admin and other Log-in IDs will be created for the Store 3. Log-in to the app by giving your Admin User ID and password 4. Create entries of the stock/inventory available in the store [Product code, Description, Price, GST] 5. Customer/store owner picks up the requited products /items from the store [and put in a basket] 6. Customer presents all the items to the store counter for billing and payment Billing Process 7. Store owner/staff log-in to the App and Scan the barcode(s) which is/are printed /pasted on all the products presented for billing 8. By default, the Quantity of all items is set as 1. Quantity can be increased by clicking 9. All the scanned products will get displayed in the app with the details such as name/description of the product/ item, quantity and price. 10. Remove any item in the list or add any item in the store[ if you wish at this stage also] 11. Check and ensure all the selected items are added in the list and proceed for payment Payment Process 12. Payment- made by several modes by cash/net banking/credit/debit card/PAYTM/ [UPI] 13. Print the bill(Wi-Fi/Bluetooth printer kept in the store) once the amount is paid 14. Registered Customer receives SMS and bill copy in their mobile/e-mail once the bill is printed

** Use preprinted barcodes for the items where barcode labels cannot be pasted. For eg: items in hotels/canteen/Cake shops/food items/vegetables, etc Web Module – [Add-on module] for big stores to use computers for inventory, billing and printing Registered Users/Customers [Add-On Module] 1. Customer can download the App, give their details and add their favourite stores 2. Customer view the products and add to cart for purchase 3. Receives alerts about new products from the store and communicate to the store owner 4. SMS and the bill copy will be sent to the customer once the bill is made 5. Ask for Help – to get help
