Dear Friends, In 2013, a volunteer for one of our Elderly Fall Prevention Roadshows invited Grandma Lo to do a fall risk assessment. After Grandma Lo was identified as being a high risk case, we Thank you provided some follow-up services, including installing handrails in her home and teaching her some rehabilitation for bringing exercises. ! Grandma Lo improved so much that she later could walk them hope around her neighbourhood even without the aid of a walking stick. Here is what she said when we interviewed her: “HOPE worldwide really gave me hope!”

The heroes behind HOPE worldwide We know it’s the real heroes, the volunteers, donors, and supporters at HOPE worldwide, who gave her hope. Without you, we could not have served so many vulnerable elderly and underprivileged children across and in 2013. They may not know your name, recognize who you are, but you truly brought “hope” to them. The hope you brought to the elderly in 2013 meant… They felt loved and cared for. They could avoid falls that may devastate their health. They had life-long wishes fulfilled. The hope you brought to the underprivileged children in 2013 meant… They could attend school. They could strive for better learning skills. They could build better character. They could have positive experiences as they develop their potential.
