JOB TITLE: INDUSTRIAL MEAT CUTTERS

Montpak International, a family business established for over 60 years and specialized in the processing and marketing of veal, beef and lamb products, is currently looking for industrial meat cutters (De-boners).

YOUR MISSION: • Deboning veal carcasses on hooks and tables in accordance with an established rhythm (chain); • Ensure the quality and freshness of the products during the cutting process; • Carry out all primary and secondary cuts (cutting, sorting, cleaning, etc.); • Identify the pieces of meat and spot anomalies; • Comply with meat quality and yield standards (HACCP, SQF).

YOUR PROFILE: • Experience in deboning, ideally in beef, veal or lamb (experience in pork or any other animal will be considered); • Experience in deboning meat hanging on the hook (an asset); • DEP in butchery (an asset); • Capable of meeting required standards, in particular Product Specifications, HACCP-PASA / SQF and Health and Safety; • Good learning skills; • Attentive to the quality of work; • Being punctual, flexible and diligent at work; • Available to start work early in the morning (6a.m.); • Physically fit and able to work in cold environments (4°C).

WORK SCHEDULE: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (may vary depending on production)
