What is a Settimana Bianca? A Settimana Bianca is an Italian winter phenomenon during which inhabitants of the Bel Paese take a week off to enjoy winter sports in the . As an unofficial rule, the Settimana Bianca is not taken during a holiday, but usually at the end of January or beginning of February in order to alleviate the winter doldrums.
