The Personnel Support Programs (PSP) division of CFMWS contributes to the operational readiness and effectiveness of the Canadian Armed Forces. Through its programs and services PSP strives to build a strong and healthy military community for all beneficiaries that make up the “One Community - One Million Strong”

The programs and services offered by our Personnel Support Programs (PSP) Jiu Jitsu/ Grapplint 7 staff and our Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) are intended to provide additional CAF Triathlon & Running 8 support to our Military members and their families as they carry out their important duties, sometimes requiring them to be away from home for extended periods. There are clubs, sports and recreation activities, personal development and parenting programs, Fitness & Sport Schedule 12 and support for family absences to name just a few. The Canadian Red Cross Babysitting course covers everything from managing difficult behaviours to essential content on leadership and professional conduct as a babysitter. Learn To Canoe Clinic

Learn the basics of canoeing so that you are ready to enjoy all that the many lakes Saskatchewan has to offer. Participants will learn different paddle strokes, how to perform T-rescues, how to recognize hidden obstacles in the water, and other boating safety tips to keep you safe out on the water.

Ceramic Painting Workshop

Come paint your own ceramics. Learn different techniques to design your own plate and bowl. At the end of the night your projects will be fired and glazed. All projects will be ready for pick up approximately 1 week after the workshop. Workshop Date: January 15 Estimated Pick Up Date: after January 22 1800-2000 Craftroom $30 Register early as space is limited to 10 participants.

Make Something Sweet for your Sweetie Chocolate Making Workshop

Just in time to treat your Valentine to some hand made chocolates.

Learn how to make your very own truffles, caramels, and other sweet chocolate treats.

Innertube Intramurals Put together a team for inner tube basketball. No special swimming skills required other than being comfortable in deep water.

Teams of 10 play 5-on-5 every Thursday night at either 1830-1930 or 1930-2030
