Vincent Lunny enjoyed his first full year as the Scottish FA’s Compliance Officer, following his appointment in October 2011.

Vincent joined the Association following a career in the legal profession with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service after the creation of the Judicial Panel Protocol which became active at the start of 2011-12 season.

In total, 282 cases were referred to the Compliance Officer in 2012 with 191 cases actioned.
