This qualitative study examined whether a connection exists between children with emotional disorders consumption of traditional entertainment media and their subsequent vegative/anti-social classroom behavior. Research participants included six first-grade children diagnosed with an emotional disorder and their teacher. They were interviewed using a semi- structured approach. The students were observed in the natural setting of their classroom for a total of twenty-four hours, over a four-day period. Transcripts and classroom observations were analyzed, looking for connections between behavior and consumption of traditional entertainment media. Findings from this study concluded that these students used traditional entertainment media as a method of temporally escaping from the environment of their respective households. Age Targeting: Kids/Teens, sometimes Adults. Slogan: Tis The Place Where Toons Live! 1. How the Idea Came From. I created the idea for the channel due to multiple reasons. 1.Cable TV Decline. Mostly the idea came from due the reasons that cable television is dying. Mostly Cable TV was still alive during early 2010’s, but now is suffering from the ratings drop and show spamming, and pretty much barely anyone nowadays watch TV. 2.The Fall Of The Big 3. Back in a day, the Big 3 known as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Disney Channel were dominating Kids TV during 90’s, 2000’s and pretty much early 2010’s. But what do we have now? Cartoon Network pretty much died during 2014, Nickelodeon died around in middle of 2010’s and Disney died during 2015(likely, I dunno). And I had an idea to create a channel that will fix all of these issues of this legendary trio. 3.Combining Toons From Past And The Future. The reason why many people liked OG Disney/CN/Nickelodeon, is because they created so many cartoons, that people like till this day. From CN the biggest examples are Dexter’s Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls (The 1998 one, Not the 2016 one), Courage, Cow and Chicken etc. From 2000’s there were also some solid cartoons like Billy and Mandy, Foster’s, Chowder and the list goes on.

In a major policy speech on Thursday, Obama nar- rowed the scope of the targeted-killing drone campaign against Al- Qaeda and its allies and took steps toward closing the Guantanamo Bay military prison in Cuba. He acknowledged the past use of “torture” in US interrogations; expressed remorse over civilian casualties from drone strikes; and said that the Guantanamo detention facility “has become a symbol around the world for an America that flouts the rule of law.” Though aimed first at a domestic audience, Obama’s speech at Washington’s National Defense University was also the latest mile- stone in his campaign to reshape the global image of the United States - particularly in the Islamic world.But he faces obstacles from opponents in Congress who will try to block the closure of Guantanamo prison and reject his call to repeal the Authorization for Use of Military Force passed right after the Sept 11, 2001, attacks.
