RESEARCH PROFILE RESEARCH INTEREST The core area of research is commerce and management in general finance and HR in particular, I would like to continue my research work in order to explore the various dimensions and issues involved in the area for execution of business decisions. The some of specific interest includes:-

Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, Financial Econometrics, and Derivative Pricing, Investment Management, Mutual Fund, Financial Reporting, Accounting-Based Valuation, and Governance and Management Control, Judgment and decision-making in accounting and audit, Tax Policy.

RESEARCH UNDER PROGRESS Under my active supervision the scholars continuing their research work for Ph.D. Degree in commerce and Management in the following areas:  Credit risk management in Indian private sector banks: An in-depth Analysis  Employee attrition management in Indian corporate houses: an empirical study RESEARCH DEGREE AWARDED Twenty one Ph.
