This happens in fittings; improving each sampling point by turning A Toluene Molecule Dust NOx Ozone - CFC SOx and construction, and this has extended across in all of SCG’s cement plants to reduce the the crushing stage of the raw materials, the it into a closed system; changing the plant the ASEAN region. formation of oxides of nitrogen, and the control combustion process and its reaction, the design into a closed system; choosing the valve SCG has used the best available technology of the combustion process, which allowed for crushing of the clinker, the product packaging stems (Bellow seal valve) and leak-proof pumps in the management of air pollution, such as the appropriate proportion of fuel, and reduced process as well as during the transportation (Sealless pumps); and choosing naphtha tanks installing the most efficient air treatment system excess air in order to reduce the reaction or arrangement of raw materials and cement. with covered ceilings. All of the above made it along with continuous monitoring of air quality between nitrogen and oxygen. Being a member of the WBCSD-CSI, SCG possible to control the ventilation and leakage through Continuous Emission Monitoring Map Ta Phut in Rayong province is another has shown its commitment to controlling the of VOCs to achieve a result 30 percent better Systems (CEMS). In addition, we have arranged area that gives importance to the oxides of amount of particulate matter emitted from the than the international standard. a mobile laboratory, which can monitor the nitrogen (Carrying Capacity) due to power stacks in the cement production process, which environment according to international standards plants and chemical industries within the region must not exceed 150 grams per ton of clinker. Ozone Depleting (ISO 17025) and alert us if there is any risk at which require high-temperature combustion. SCG has used various measures to achieve Substances any time. Employees and individuals associated SCG Chemicals recognizes the importance the set goals, such as the installation of a dust ASEAN member countries have with the air treatment system must be trained of the reduction of oxides of nitrogen, in collecting system with highly efficient A Toluene Molecule Dust NOx Ozonesigned - CFC the MontrealSOx Protocol. Following according to the air pollution control requirements particular, in the cracker furnace and, therefore, electrostatic precipitators and filter bag this, in Thailand, SCG has banned the use of the Department of Industrial Work. This has systems, making it possible to increase the of ozone depleting substances, especially addition, SCG has applied the Total Quality reduced the emission of nitrogen oxides equivalent efficiency of dust collection to as high as 99.9 in the manufacturing of new products Management (TQM) and the Total Productive to up to 80 percent and has also reduced power percent. In addition to the above, the building since 1998 as well as SCG subsidiaries in Maintenance (TPM) principles in the management consumption. Hence, SCG has designated the design and the construction conveyor systems ASEAN have begun to reduce the use of of air quality control systems in order to Ultra Low NOx burner as minimum standard have been set up in a closed area in order to chlorofluorocarbon continuously since 2006.
