Husky Strava Challenge How to Participate: 1. Register for the event in IMLeagues. 2. Download the Strava app on your mobile phone and create an account. 3. Join the UW Recreation – Intramurals Club on Strava. 4. Complete the challenge and record your participation through the app (make sure it’s public). 5. For every weekly challenge you complete, you will be entered to win prizes.

How to Track Activity: 1. Navigate to the record screen by tapping the circular Record icon located in the middle of the dashboard. 2. You can change the activity type by tapping the Shoe or Bike icon above the Start button. 3. To begin recording, simple tap the Start button near the bottom of the screen.

How to Save Activity: 1. Tap the square stop icon to Pause your activity. You’ll then have the option to Resume or Finish it. 2. Pressing the Finish button will take you to the Save Activity screen. Set the activity Title, privacy settings, etc. Set Privacy Controls to Public/Everyone, if you want it to be included in the weekly challenge. 3. Your activity will appear on the Feed screen for your friends to see and within our UW Recreation – Intramurals Club. Trackable Activity: Ride, Run, Swim, Walk, Hike, , E-Bike Ride, , , Incline Skate, , Kitesurf Session, Rock Climb, Roller , Row, Alpine Ski, Backcountry Ski, Nordic Ski, , , Stand Up Paddle, Surf, Velomobile Ride, Windsurf Session, and .

How to Manually Enter an Activity: 1. Navigate to your Feed by tapping Feed icon located on the bottom left of the dashboard. 2. Tap the Orange Circle located in the bottom right corner. Select Manual Activity. 3. Set the activity title, choose the activity, date, time, etc. Click on Save located in the upper right corner. Manually Entered Activity: Crossfit, Elliptical, Stair Stepper, Virtual Ride, Virtual Run, Weight Training, Workout, and Yoga.
