3rd QUARTER SPECIAL EXAMS FROM THE STUDENT AFFAIRS COUNCIL SCHEDULE LOOKING FORWARD January 21-23, 2020 | Venues: please refer to item #6 January 23, 2020 (Thursday) 1. Special Exams will only be granted to students who missed the Lower Grades: No club period (7th period) scheduled exams due to serious reasons like illness, accident and th other unavoidable circumstances (SHB p. 53). Parents/students Junior High School: No 8 period for Grade 7-8 only need to submit a letter of excuse (with medical certificate, if  Grade 10 will continue with the 8th period for applicable) to the LVP/DFO Office to be forwarded to the VPA Performance Tasks completion. Office for approval. 2. SOP on absences should be followed by the student upon LASALLIAN TEACHERS’ DAY returning to school. January 24, 2020 (Friday) 3. Students are required to pay P30.00 for every exam missed to THEME: Lasallian Teacher - Today and Forever defray special exam preparation. Exception: Those who attended school-sanctioned activities. TIME ACTIVITY/ EVENT 4. Students who missed the exams due to school-sanctioned 7:30-8:30 AM Homeroom Gimmick and Early Recess activities are granted Special Exams Permit. Transit to Coliseum 5. Approved Special Exams will be given on the said dates, following SEAT PLAN the same 3-day schedule. However, students may only take special exams during the 7th–8th periods so that they can attend to their Performance Tasks in class at least in the morning until the 6th period. 6. Special Exam Proctors will be assigned to take charge of administering the assessments in respective venues: Lower Grades – c/o LVP Office Upper Grades – Tech Room / RDJ Library
