Syukur Alhamdulillah, Kementerian ini melalui Jabatan Kerajaan Tempatan telah sekali lagi berjaya mengeluarkan koleksi surat-surat pekeliling yang telah dikeluarkan kepada semua pihak berkuasa negeri dan Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT) di seluruh negara bagi tempoh tahun 1999 hingga 2001. Koleksi ini adalah penting sebagai rujukan kepada semua PBT dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan prestasi masing-masing dalam menyediakan perkhidmatan kepada orang ramai. 3. Justeru itu, koleksi kali ini juga merupakan kumpulan keputusan/arahan Mesyuarat Jemaah Menteri, Mesyuarat Majlis Negara Bagi Kerajaan Tempatan (MNKT) dan keputusan Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan sendiri yang bersabit dengan pelbagai perkara dan isu Kerajaan Tempatan. 4.
