Q. Page 2 references 32 schools, but page 13 references 36 sites. Which is correct?
A. We count 32 sites to include Home School Academy. The charter school will not be included in this purchase. A correction to page 13 should be made to reflect 32 schools. These sites are:

Q. The RFP is a sample of the RFP provided by Follett, does it mean you have preference for Follett?
A. No it does not. We do not have a preference.
Q. Do you have any evaluation criteria, for example x% for cost, y% for features, z% implementation etc. ?
A. The evaluation criteria are still being developed. The criteria will be a balance of cost in relationship to the features provided and the implementation timeline and cost.
Q. When do you plan to implement the new system?
A. July 2013
Q. Is cataloging centralized or decentralized in your district?
A. Centralized
Q. If it is decentralized, is current installation of TLC local or district base?
A. N/A
Q. What student information system you are using, is it SIF compliant?
A. Infinite Campus and yes.
