The subject property is located in Balgowan in the Kwazulu Natal Midlands. Travel from Midmar towards Nottingham Road along Regional Route R103. Travel past , Woodridge Country Hotel on the left and Michaelhouse School on the left. The next gravel road marked D830 on left leads to Holly Farm.

The town of Balgowan began its existence as an old trading store and a train station where locally grown timber is picked up. Today it is a geographical area, rather than a town, that starts somewhere between Nottingham Road and Lidgetton and ends before you reach Caversham. Primary use
