With & Caves and the famous Gorge & Cheese Company all within walking distance, plus Caves & Mill and England’s smallest city of Wells with its glorious Cathedral & Bishop’s Palace just a short drive away, you are sure to have plenty to see and do during your stay. For the active and sporting visitor, karting, pony-trekking, golf and off-road driving are all available locally as well as a cycle path just a few minutes ride from the site along the abandoned railway line. For fishermen and water sport enthusiasts there is Cheddar Reservoir. If you just want to relax on a nice beach, Weston- super-Mare and Burnham are within half an hour’s drive.
