To maintain this existing The Hope polling place location and to Family make no change to the Centre, polling district boundaries 228-234 HT Main which are served by the DCA Chervil     0      3 Reception polling station. Good Rise (opposite facilities are offered by the Housing centre and it is a building Office) which is known amongst the local electors.

To keep existing polling place which although is located

outside polling district DEA remains conveniently placed for the local electors. No change to the boundaries of new polling district DEA Park (previously DE) except for

Village the addition of Bickford Road HT Centre, Largest DEA           and Victoria Road previously 4 Cannock Community Road/Park Room of DF, which are better Lane placed to vote at the Park Village Centre. The Park Village Ctr is a community building, well known and well used amongst the local voters and it continues to offer excellent facilities for polling.

To propose continued use of this location which offers excellent facilities and access for all local electors. Well known in the community. Holy Trinity Existing polling district DF DF HT Church Hall, (DFA) to continue to use this     0      A 5 Bushbury Church location except for electors in Hall Road Victoria Road and Bickford which would be better suited to vote at The Park Village Centre and will be incorporated into polling district DEA.

Proposed change to St Patrick’s Church Hall which provides excellent facilities and access for all local St Patrick’s electors. Centrally based RC Church within new polling district Hall, St DG HT Main DGA which now incorporates Patrick’s RC           A 6 Church existing polling districts DG Church, Hall Wolverhampt and DK, merged into one on Road area. Change proposed to avoid disruption to pupils through the use of , particularly at times of examination.

To maintain existing polling place which although is located outside of polling St Patrick’s district DJA is still RC Primary DJ HT Main Hall conveniently placed for School,     0      A 8 electors. Excellent facilities Graiseley Lane and access are offered to voters, no change is proposed to the boundaries of polling district DJ (DJA).  Facilities good 0 Facilities acceptable (may be difficult to improve) ?
