Poz. 697 UCHWAŁA NR XXIX/8/21 RADY GMINY PUCK z dnia 4 lutego 2021 r. w sprawie uchwalenia statutu instytucji kultury pod nazwą „Ośrodek Kultury, Sportu i Turystyki w Gminie Puck”. Działając na podstawie art.18 ust.2 pkt. 15 ustawy z dnia 8 marca 1990 roku o samorządzie gminnym (tekst jednolity z 2020 roku, Dz. U. 2020, poz.713 z późniejszymi zmianami) oraz art. 13 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 25 października 1991 r. o organizowaniu i prowadzeniu działalności kulturalnej (tekst jednolity – Dz. U. 2020 poz. 194, ze zmianą z Dz.U. z 2019r. poz.2020) Rada Gminy Puck uchwala, co następuje: § 1. Uchwala się Statut Ośrodka Kultury, Sportu i Turystyki w Gminie Puck, stanowiący załącznik do niniejszej uchwały. § 2. Z dniem wejścia w życie niniejszej uchwały tracą moc uchwały: - Nr XIII/126/03 Rady Gminy Puck z dnia 6 listopada 2003 roku w sprawie likwidacji jednostki budżetowej pod nazwą „Gminny Ośrodek Kultury, Sportu, Turystyki i Ochrony Przeciwpożarowej w Gminie Puck” i utworzenia samorządowej instytucji kultury pod nazwą „Ośrodek Kultury, Sportu i Turystyki w Gminie Puck” oraz ustalenia jej statutu, - Nr XIII/122/11 Rady Gminy Puck z dnia 22 grudnia 2011 roku w sprawie zmian w statucie instytucji kultury pod nazwą „Ośrodek Kultury, Sportu i Turystyki w Gminie Puck. § 3. Wykonanie uchwały powierza się Wójtowi Gminy Puck. § 4. Uchwała wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia w Dzienniku Urzędowym Województwa Pomorskiego.
