SYDNEY & MELBOURNE HEADLINE SHOWS

2014 saw British Supergroup McBusted take the UK by storm by playing to an audience of over 360,000 on their inaugural 35-date nationwide record-breaking arena tour, culminating with headlining at the prestigious Hyde Park in London. Now McBUSTED are thrilled to announce their debut Australian headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne next month. They will play the Metro Theatre on Sunday, 22 February, before the Palais Theatre on Tuesday, 24 February.

Matt Willis and James Bourne of Busted, and Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Harry Judd and Dougie Poynter, who toured Australia in 2009 as McFly came together in 2013 to form McBUSTED, a supergroup with an incredible combined album sales of over 15 million, 14 number one singles, three Brit awards and more than 100 million views on YouTube,

“Touring is the most fun a band can have without taking our clothes off and kicking back in a jacuzzi with the entire Arsenal Football team. So, we are bringing our filthy pasty English bodies Down Under to play some awesome shows and test out your jacuzzi game.” said the McBUSTED boys today, adding “We are so exited we are all doing little wees!”

Off the back of the release of their highly anticipated, self-titled monster of a debut album, which includes the awesome new single ‘Get Over It’, McBUSTED were also recently announced as special guests on the Australian leg of One Direction’s On The Road Again 2015 Tour. The album, ‘McBUSTED’, is out in Australia on January 30.
