Half Bottles: White Wine Sonoma-Cutrer Chardonnay (375ml) 2018 Russian River Ranches (California) $30 Crisp, zesty lemon, green apple, lime and barrel spice. The wine rounds out with our signature citrus acidity and a nicely balanced long, flavorful finish. Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc (90pts) (375ml) 2020 Marlborough (New Zealand) $24 Spicy honeysuckle notes add dimension to the core of juicy, fleshy apricot, nectarine, and passion fruit flavors, with plenty of intensity and spice on the finish. Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc (91pts) (375ml) 2019 Dry Creek (California) $24 Tones of lemon rind, stone, and lychee. Textured and lively in acidity, it has complexity and approachability in equal measure. Fleur de Mer Dry Rose (92pts) (375ml) 2019 Cotes de Provence (France) $24 Delicate aromas of fresh watermelon and cherry give way to a complex, refreshing palate. Layers of red berries and subtle citrus are complemented by a softly textured middle and a fine, cleansing, mineral finish. Saracco Moscato D’Asti (92pts) (375ml) 2019 Moscato D’Asti DOP (Italy) $24 Soft, creamy texture from the fine bubbles and pretty, sweet freshly sliced peach and melon flavors. Half Bottles: Red Wine J Vinyards Pinot Noir (375ml) 2017 Sonoma (California) $24 This silky wine opens with fruit notes of black cherry, blueberry and blackberry jam, with earthy and spicy hints of forest floor, freshly- ground coffee beans and clove. Well-textured acidity, fine tannins and suggestions of dark toast give the palate depth and complexity before a lingering finish highlighted by fruit notes. Terrazas Malbec Reserva (92pts) (375ml) 2016 Mendoza (Argentina) $27 Presence of violets, ripe black cherry and plum aromas. Sweet and juicy mouthfeel delivers finesse, delicate tannins and an elegant finish of black fruits. Reveals a toasty and spicy character of black pepper and chocolate. Coltibuono Chianti Classico (90pts) (375ml) 2014 Chianti Classico DOCG (Italy) $24 Aromas of iris, violets, cherries, tobacco and black pepper. The taste is dry with well-balanced acidity and tannins. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, quite warm and persistent. The taste has hints of minerals, red fruit, leather and aromas of roasting. Ruffino Riserva Ducale (90pts) (375ml) 2015 Chianti Classico DOCG (Italy) $27 Intense ruby red in color, this wine offers complex aromas of cherry, violet, tobacco, white pepper and a touch of flint. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with velvety tannins, firm acidity and a lingering finish of rosemary. Chardonnay X-1 Brickhouse (93pts) 2013 Ribbon Ridge (Oregon) $109 Supple, spicy, polished and toasty, offering well-formed pear, peach and freshly turned earth flavors. This is an estate grown and produced blend of five Chardonnay clones and is certified organic. X-2 Domaine Auvigue Pouilly-Fuisse Solutre (91pts) 2014 Burgundy (France) $89 The limestone soils of Solutré produce lively, mineral wines with aromas of white flowers and hazelnuts. A rich, round wine Sauvignon Blanc X-3 Voss Organically Farmed 2017 Napa Valley (California) $59 Sourced exclusively from a single, organic vineyard in Napa Valley, this wine exhibits classic varietal characteristics of lemon and grapefruit on the nose, while vivid tropical fruits flood the palate. The finish is delightfully crisp and lingering. X-4 Andrew Rich Croft Vineyard 2015 Willamette Valley (Washington) $59 Rich, round, with complex notes of mineral and fresh spring water in the finish. A perpetual favorite, it sells out quickly. Sparkling, Cider, & Champagne Z-1 Veuve Clicquot Champagne Brut (92pts) NV Champagne (France) $159 Vueve Clicquot’s award winning, yellow label champagne has complex aromas of bright and ripe fruit, poached pear, grated ginger, and light cream. Excellent depth and bubble persistence. Z-2 Marquis de la Mystèriale Champagne (90pts) NV Champagne (France) $99 This wine is soft and well balanced. An attractive dominance of Chardonnay in the blend with Pinot Noir gives an edge of minerality as well as fresh apple flavors. Z-3 Field Recordings Pet Nat (90pts) 2017 Paso Robles (California) $49 An exciting alternative to Champagne! This fun & unique bottle of bubbles is made from Chardonnay with the addition of some dry hopped Nelson hops, giving it a fruity, citrusy zing. A little sour & a little bitter, this is extremely refreshing. Z-4 Juve & Camps Cava Gran Reserva 2016 Penedes (Spain) $49 Deep, intense and elegant, initially it evokes notes of ripe white fruit. Its complexity gradually increases and the aromas typical of long ageing then appear. Hints of toast and a certain citrus background complete its distinguished aroma. Its creamy mousse is perfectly integrated on the palate, making its texture in the mouth simultaneously fresh, rounded and evocative. Z-5 Mont Marcal Brut Cava Reserva 2014 Penedes (Spain) $45 Estate-bottled, among the best Cavas regardless of price. Excellent base wine made from Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Chardonnay. Aged 18 months on the yeast, disgorged upon order. Z-6 Basandere Sparkling Cider 2016 Jaxu (France) $39 A blend of 19 estate-grown, heirloom varietals of apples. A finer and slighty sweeter take on the traditional Basque cider. Perfect after a few years of aging with complex aromatics and pronounced tannins. Keep in mind, this is no Angry Orchard Cider. Its highly acidic, which makes it a hearty cider. Apple pie, fresh flowers baking spice, red apples, and dried herbs, starts with a burst of flavor followed by natural bubbles that was the palate dry. Z-7 Golden Love Brut 2020 Curico (Chile) $29 Looking for a great sparkling wine to start off your dining experience? Want to send a fancy bottle to another table or call for a toast for your coworker? This sparkling Chardonnay has bright pineapple, white fruits, and floral flavors. Fresh acidity and a creamy sensation. A wonderful wine to start out the night without breaking your bank! Texas Reds G-4 Newsom Inception 2017 Texas High Plains (Texas) $129 This Red Blend was produced and bottled in partnership with Llano Estacado Winery/ This Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Tempranillo, Cabernet Franc blend is from some of their oldest vines. A very complex red that is very fruit forward with a hint of spice. H-2 Newsom Syrah 2016 Texas High Plains (Texas) $129 This Red Blend was produced and bottled in partnership with Llano Estacado Winery/ This Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Tempranillo, Cabernet Franc blend is from some of their oldest vines. A very complex red that is very fruit forward with a hint of spice. E-15 Newsom Cabernet Franc 2016 Texas High Plains (Texas) $109 This Cabernet Franc was produced and bottled in partnership with Bending Branch Vineyards. Made in 100% neutral oak, it offers a full bodied and smooth style Cabernet Franc, much different different than your typical tannic Cabernet Franc. G-2 Pedernales Texas GSM Melange 2016 Texas Hill Country (Texas) $89 Medium in body, this wine provides aromatics of dried currants and strawberries with more earthy bramble, flint, and peppery notes. Dried strawberries and cherries follow on the palate combined with dried green herbs and cedar. Awarded GOLD at the 2018 Jefferson Cup Invitational Wine Competition. 39% Mourvèdre , 31% Carignon, 14% Tannat, 12% Grenache, 4% Syrah E-13 Pedernales Texas Tempranillo 2016 Texas Hill Country (Texas) $59 Sold out at the vineyard, this 2016 Tempranillo won a Silver Medal at the 2019 TEXSOM international Wine Awards. Lighter-bodied and shows notes of red cherry, leather, spice and tobacco on the nose. Oak notes are also quite expressive on this wine with hints of vanilla, clove, and coconut. Tart cherry, thyme and sage are prominent on the palate and are completed by soft tannins. Italian Reds J-5 Quorum Hastae Barbera D’Asti (93pts) 2001 Piemonte DOC (Italy) $249 This wine is full-bodied, with notes of tobacco, liquorice, & black cherries. The finish is well structured & lush. There is a rich acidity, characteristic of Barbera wine, but the acid is balanced by the elegant, soft tannins. Excellent aging potential. This wine explodes out of the glass with a huge nose of tar, spices, smoke, & sweet vanilla aromas. A-1 Arcanum (94pts) 2009 Toscana (Italy) $239 68% Cabernet Franc, 22% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Bold blackberry juice & black cherry usher in plum, cassis, sweet tobacco leaf, dusty fig, raspberry, dried cranberry, cedar, bramble, sweet spice & a hint of white pepper. D-1 Argiolas Turriga (90pts) 2008 Isola Dei Nuraghi IGT (Sardinia) $179 On the nose, black cherries & wild blueberries. Herbal notes of thyme & a subtle hint of eucalyptus & wood forest tones. On the palate, the combination of the woody forest floor, with the herbal tones taking first place. The fruits come into play but ever so mildly, just the cherries & a slight violet introduction, then a strong dark chocolate & followed with a punch of pepper. Leather comes into the show for a moment. Wonderous dry long tannins. L-3 La Braccesca Bramasole Syrah (92pts) 2008 Cortona (Tuscany) $119 This is opulent and rich, with a thick, velvety texture and pretty aromas of blackberry, chocolate, leather & freshly milled white pepper. Pinot Noir A-12 Romililly (91pts) 2013 Russian River Valley (California) $119 This wine shows a medium ruby color, leaning towards red. The nose is filled with toasted cherry, wet asphalt, and sandalwood. The palate boasts bright red fruits and earth, bracketed by medium acidity and fine velvety tannin, which leads to a long finish of toasty oak and fruit.
