Mostly known in the television world, she has been featured in four recurring roles in television series: Carrie in the Scott Brothers, Melissa Hastings in Pretty Little Liars, Meredith Fell in The Vampire Diaries and Maggie Hall in American Wives. In 2015, she confirmed and landed a co-star on the NBC medical series, The Chicago Med, where she played Dr. Natalie Manning. This is a spin-off series of Chicago Fire and Chicago PD, in which the actress also intervenes on a regular basis. The Childhood and Modeling Biography of Torrey was raised at Fort Salon in Long Island, New York, and Winter Park, Florida. She is the daughter of Maria and Liberty DeVitto (her father was Billy Joel's drummer for 28 years). She has two sisters Devon and Mariel Rebecca DeVitto (born October 4, 1988), who is also an actress and starred in the endurance series. At the age of 6 she began to take violin lessons. She was 12 years old when she played solo violin at the wedding of Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook. She attended Fort Salonga Elementary School and Winter Park High School in Florida. After graduating from high school, she spent the summer in Japan, where she developed her modeling career. Television debut and revelation Ofrrey DeVitto, at the premiere of the film Killer, in 2008. She started her career by making commercials. She was then recruited by Ford and Avenue 1. It was in 2002 that she realized that being a model was not her main goal. His violin skills allowed him to play with Tommy Davidson's band in the Sunset Room in Hollywood. In 2004, she took part in Rafael Saadik's album. After several supporting roles in the television series Dawson and Scrubs, it was in 2006 that her acting career took a different turn: She joined the series Beautiful People, she played one of the main characters along with actress Daphne zuniga. However, due to a lack of viewers, the series was canceled at the end of the first season. In the movie she plays the title role in the horror film Remember ... last summer 3, made Sylvain White, a genre she reunited with in 2008 for the movie Killer Movie. It was on the stage of this film that she met actor Paul Wesley with her future husband. Meanwhile, she starred in the independent comedy Heber Holiday, which won three awards at numerous film festivals. The following year, she accompanied David Charvet in the sports comedy drama Green Flash, which was released directly on video. From 2008 to 2009, she played The Scott Brothers' Crazy Nanny Carrie. This performance, highly praised by fans, allowed her to be noticed, and so she got a supporting role, the role of Melissa Hastings in the series Pretty Little Liars on Freeform (formerly ABC Family), between 2010 and 2016. In an effort to close the stories about her heroine, the actress managed to convince the producers to hire her again for the latest episodes. Since November 2015, she has starred in the Chicago Med, a spin-off series from the Chicago Fire department and the Chicago Police Department, where she plays Dr. Natalie Manning, one of the main characters. The series was a successful audience and was renewed for a second season. In 2016, she returned to the horror movie and starred in the thriller Amy Makes Three with Mike Doyle and starred in two police productions: Cold and Stevie D with Kevin Chapman. In the years that followed, the Chicago Med medical drama was renewed in the face of the success and stability of its audience. The personal life of Torrey DeVitto and her ex-husband, actor Paul Wesley, in 2008. In April 2007, Torrey began dating actor Paul Wesley, whom he met on the stage of the film The Killer.
