OFFICIAL MATCH BALL OF NPL NSW PURCHASE FROM: 6 #NPLNSW MATCH PREVIEW Old rivals face off as Sydney United 58 plays host to Sydney Olympic this Sunday at Sydney United Sports Centre. United 58 have seemingly rediscovered their groove with back-to-back wins after a mid-season slump. A last gasp win against APIA Leichhardt was a hard- earned victory for Sydney United as a deflected Mat Sim free-kick secured victory in the dying stages of the match. Coach Tomi Vidovic will be pushing his players to carry on their free-scoring ways with striker Patrick Antelmi leading them at the point of the attack. United 58 snatched a narrow 1-0 victory when these two sides met in round one. Matchups between these two traditional rivals are often all-action encounters and this one is set to be no different. For the visitors, Olympic will be hoping to spoil United 58’s mojo as Ante Juric’s men look towards getting back to winning ways. Brendan Cholakian will be key to the team’s success as will Danial Dias as both will look to assert themselves in what will be a midfield battle of massive proportions. 1ST GRADE LADDER POS TEAM P W D L F A GD PTS 1 Blacktown City FC 11 7 1 3 23 10 13 22 2 Rockdale Ilinden FC 11 6 4 1 22 10 12 22 3 Sydney United 58 FC 11 6 3 2 21 12 9 21 4 Mt Druitt Town Rangers FC 11 4 5 2 14 14 0 17 5 Sydney Olympic FC 11 5 1 5 12 11 1 16 6 Manly United FC 11 4 4 3 13 16 -3 16 7 APIA Leichhardt FC 11 4 2 5 12 15 -3 14 8 Wollongong Wolves FC 11 3 4 4 15 20 -5 13 9 Marconi Stallions FC 11 1 7 3 15 18 -3 10 10 Sutherland Sharks FC 11 2 4 5 14 20 -6 10 11 Northbridge Bulls FC 11 2 3 6 19 21 -2 9 12 Sydney FC 11 2 2 7 16 29 -13 8 NPLNSW.COM.AU 7 U20 TEAM LISTS 13 Jordan Ivancic 38 Anthony Idehen 19 Liam Ivancic 44 Thomas Whiffen 21 Josip Orlovic (GK) 46 Jacob Micallef 23 Luke Vlastelica 50 Adam Farkas 24 Ashton Ahluwalia 51 Ethan Beaven 30 Michael Marcic 61 Lachlan Maher 34 Connor Spurway Coach: Tony Krslovic Physiotherapist: Denana Kadric Goalkeeper Coach: Vitas Males Team Manager: Ray Gerrie 28 Kerim Farhat 38 Frank Puric 29 Chan Deng 39 Peter Politis 32 Juan Da Silva 40 Matteo Scali 33 Jaeryun Kim 41 Blair Smith 36 Matthew Scarcella 42 Ali Niski 37 Dimitri Gremos 43 Mohammed Khamis Head Coach: Jim Patikas Manager: Con Haramis U20 LADDER POS TEAM P W D L F A GD PTS 1 Manly United FC 11 9 0 2 24 9 15 27 2 Sydney Olympic FC 11 7 1 3 23 11 12 22 3 Sydney FC 11 6 3 2 15 7 8 21 4 Blacktown City FC 11 5 2 4 23 12 11 17 5 Wollongong Wolves FC 10 5 1 4 17 16 1 16 6 Marconi Stallions FC 11 5 1 5 14 15 -1 16 7 Sydney United 58 FC 11 4 2 5 21 20 1 14 8 APIA Leichhardt FC 11 3 3 5 16 23 -7 12 9 Sutherland Sharks FC 10 3 3 4 10 17 -7 12 10 Mt Druitt Town Rangers FC 11 3 3 5 17 27 -10 12 11 Northbridge Bulls FC 11 3 2 6 16 21 -5 11 12 Rockdale Ilinden FC 11 0 3 8 8 26 -18 3 8 #NPLNSW TOP GOAL SCORERS Alec Urosevski Rockdale Illinden 10 Patrick Antelmi Sydney United 58 9 James Andrew Sutherland Sharks 8 Kyle Cimenti Rockdale Ilinden 7 Marko Jesic Marconi 6 Travis Major Blacktown City 6 Matt Sim Sydney United 58 5 Jack Stewart Mt Druitt Town Rangers 5 NPLNSW.COM.AU 9 MARCH 2021 2021 SEASON PUASNS ITED WYEARELY ME MSBERSHITP AND UNITED WE STAND UNITED WE STAND 10 #NPLNSW CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP CLUB PLAYED U20’s 1st TOTAL Blacktown City FC 22 34 88 122 Manly United FC 22 54 64 118 Sydney United 58 FC 22 28 84 112 Sydney Olympic FC 22 44 64 108 Rockdale Ilinden FC 22 6 88 94 Mt Druitt Town Rangers FC 22 24 68 92 Wollongong Wolves FC 21 32 52 84 APIA Leichhardt FC 22 24 56 80 Sydney FC 22 42 32 74 Marconi Stallions FC 22 32 40 72 Sutherland Sharks FC 21 24 40 64 Northbridge Bulls FC 22 22 36 58 Club championships for all NPL Men’s and Women’s are available online: Men’s: https://mens.nplnsw.com.au/club-championship/ Women’s: https://womens.nplnsw.com.au/club-championship-nsw-womens/ NEXT ROUND FIXTURES APIA LEICHHARDT FC VS MT DRUITT NORTHBRIDGE BULLS FC VS TOWN RANGERS FC BLACKTOWN CITY FC 5:15 PM / SAT 22 MAY 3:00 PM / SUN 23 MAY LAMBERT PARK SYDNEY UNITED SPORTS CENTRE MARCONI STALLIONS FC VS SYDNEY OLYMPIC FC VS ROCKDALE SUTHERLAND SHARKS FC ILINDEN FC 6:00 PM / SAT 22 MAY 4:00 PM / SUN 23 MAY MARCONI STADIUM BELMORE SPORTS GROUND MANLY UNITED FC VS WOLLONGONG SYDNEY FC VS WOLVES FC SYDNEY UNITED 58 FC 7:00 PM / SAT 22 MAY 6:30 PM / SUN 23 MAY CROMER PARK ROCKDALE ILINDEN SPORTS CENTRE NPLNSW.COM.AU 11 2021 HOME FIXTURES HOME GROUND - Sydney United Sports Centre - Edensor Rd, Edensor Park sydneyunited58fc.com ROUND 2 07/03/21 (Sun) 16:00 Sydney FC ROUND 4 21/03/21 (Sun) 16:00 Blacktown City FC ROUND 6 05/04/21 (Mon) 16:00 Northbridge Bulls FC ROUND 7 11/04/21 (Sun) 15:00 Wollongong Wolves FC ROUND 10 02/05/21 (Sun) 15:00 Manly United FC ROUND 12 16/05/21 (Sun) 15:00 Sydney Olympic FC ROUND 14 30/05/21 (Sun) 15:00 Sutherland Sharks FC ROUND 16 13/06/21 (Sun) 15:00 Marconi Stallions FC ROUND 19 04/07/21 (Sun) 15:00 Mt Druitt Town Rangers FC ROUND 20 11/07/21 (Sun) 15:00 Rockdale Ilinden FC ROUND 22 25/07/21 (Sun) 15:00 APIA Leichhardt FC FOR MORE INFO VISIT NPLNSW.COM.AU FACEBOOK.COM/NPLNSW #NPLNSW F /SydneyUnited58FC I @sydneyunited58fc T @SydUtd58FC W sydneyunited58fc.com.

  • Sydney United 58 FC V Manly United FC
KICKOFF 2021 - ROUND 10 SUNDAY SYDNEY UNITED 2ND MAY SPORTS CENTRE 3PM MEN’S CLUB WELCOME Fast approaching to the middle of the 2021 season, we welcome Manly United to Sydney United Sports Centre for today’s fixture. Manly come off a 1-0 defeat to Sutherland Sharks FC and with only 5 points separating the top 6, both teams will be fiercely competing for the win. Credit to Tomi Vidovic’s management recently returning a solid defense with three clean sheets in the past three rounds. The absence of Christopher Payne and Patrick Antelmi has been felt over the past few weeks, however, the togetherness and focus of the group has no doubt turned our squad to a stronger force. As always, we would like to thank our sponsors, members and supporters for their loyalty pushing us forwards every week. #UnitedWeStand CORPORATE PARTNERS 2 #NPLNSW MAJOR SPONSORS NPLNSW.COM.AU 3 1ST GRADE TEAM LISTS 1 Danijel Nizic 1 Dylan Mitchell (GK) 2 Cristian Gonzalez 2 Kieren Paull 3 Jordan Roberts 3 James Georgaklis 4 Jimmy Oates 4 Adrian Vlastelica 5 Sam Gallagher 5 Anthony Tomelic 7 Jack Fulton 6 Christopher Payne 8 Dom Ferguson 7 Jackson Khoury 9 Ben Koop 8 Matthew Sim 10 Richie Cardozo 9 Patrick Antelmi 11 Daniel Fabrizio 10 Devante Clut 12 Luka Kmet 13 Scott Balderson 11 Yianni Perkatis 14 Dejan Pandurevic 13 Jordan Ivancic 15 Jesse Piriz 14 Andrea Agamemnonos 16 Seiya Kambayashi 15 Tariq Maia 17 Ronan Connolly 16 Jacob Poscoliero 18 Lucas Rainbird 17 Matthew Bilic 19 Sam Benton (GK) 18 Glen Trifiro 20 Alen Aganovic 21 Jordan Segreto 19 Liam Ivancic 22 Zach Forsyth 22 Yianni Fragogiannis 23 Jordan Devries 27 Anthony Krilic 24 Finn Ashton Head Coach: Tomi Vidovic Head Coach: Adam Griffiths Assistant Coach: Jason Trifiro Assistant Coach: Dylan Macallister Goalkeeper Coach: Vitas Males Assistant Coach: Marty Judge Goalkeeper Coach: Trinity Allen Physiotherapist: Denana Kadric Physio: Steve Felsher Team Manager: Ray Gerrie Team Manager: Ida Rigoni S&C Coach: Todd Brodie Physio: PHYSIO4ALL – Christian Bate Strength and Conditioning: Alex Berger Referee: A.
