Santhanavijayan A. obtained his Bachelor’s degree in In- formation Technol- ogy from Madurai Kamaraj University. Then he obtained his Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University. He holds a Ph.D from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli in Semantic Web. Currently, he is an assistant professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, . His specializations include E- Learning and Assessment Technologies in E-Learning. Tamil Arasan is an Assistant Professor in the department of English and foreign languages at SRM University. He holds a doctorate in African American Literature. Mahir Arzoky is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at Brunel University London. Prior to this he was working on AQUATIC - EPSRC: EP/ M024083/1, and was also a core member of the FIAR-NET - EPSRC: EP/N011627/1, where he promoted collaborations between industry and academic research in soft- ware engineering. Prior to this, he was a Research Associate in Machine Learning at the Cognitive Digital System Engineering Centre, Birmingham City University, where he worked on a collaborative Data-driven Smart City project that aimed to About the Contributors simplify complex decision making, informing policy and strategic service develop- ments. Dr Arzoky obtained his PhD from the Department of Computer Science at Brunel University London in 2015. Sivaji Bandyopadhyay is currently the Director of NIT Silchar and also Pro- fessor in Computer Science and Engineering at Jadavpur University (currently on- lien). He has completed 4 international research and development projects as the Principal Investigator in the area of Sentiment Analysis, Question Answering, and Textual Entailment. He was the Chief Investigator of 8 National level consortium mode projects in the areas of Machine Translation - English to Indian languages and Indian language to Indian languages, cross lingual information access, devel- opment of treebank for Indian languages among others. Currently, he is executing three international projects funded by SPARC (MHRD) with , ASEAN (DST) with and , DST and CNRS with . He is regularly organizing the workshop series “Sentiment Analysis where AI meets Psychology (SAAIP)”. He was the Program Chair of the 14th International Conference on Natural Language Processing (ICON 2017). He has started the International Conference on Big Data, Machine Learning and Applications (BigDML-2019) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at NIT Silchar. His areas of interest include language technology with focus on computer processing of Indian languages, da- tabase and Machine Translation.

Pushpa C. N. has completed Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University, Master of Technology in VLSI Design and Embedded Systemsf rom Visvesvaraya Technological University and PhD in Com- puter Science and Engineering from Bangalore University. Presently she is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore. She has 20 years of teaching experience. She has presented and published 30+ research papers in the International Conferences and Journals. She has 4 ears of industrial experience and 24 years of teaching experience. Currently she is Professor in the Dept. of CSE, University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore. She has over 100 research papers to her credit. She has produced five doctorate students and guiding 6 Ph.D students. Venugopal K. R. received the Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE), the Master’s degree in Computer Science and Automation from the Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, and the Ph.D. degree in economics from Bangalore University and in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. He is currently the Vice Chan- cellor, Bangalore University, Bangalore. He has served as the Principal with the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore University, Bengaluru for more than one decade. He has a distinguished academic career and has degrees in Electronics, Economics, Law, Business Finance, Public Relations, Communica- tions, Industrial Relations, Computer Science, and Journalism. He has authored and edited 72 books on Computer Science and Economics, which include Petrodollar and the World Economy, C Aptitude, Mastering C, Microprocessor Programming, Mastering C++, and Digital Circuits and Systems. He has filed 101 patents. During his three decades of service at UVCE he has over 800 research papers to his credit. His research interests include computer networks, wireless sensor networks, and distributed systems, digital signal processing, and data mining. He is a Fellow of IEEE and an ACM Distinguished Educator.

Ayush Kumar A. is a B.Tech student of Chemical Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. His research interests includes Chemin- formatics, Bio-Informatics, Ontology Modelling, and Petroinformatics. He is a young researcher and is publishing papers in newer domains and has contributed in Engineering Ontologies both methodologically and quantitatively.

Juliana M. Namada is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at United States International University- Africa, School of Business. She holds a PhD and Masters in Business Administration specializing in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, School of Business. She teaches and supervises students in Business Administration at undergraduate, Masters and Doctoral levels in the university. She has published in refereed journals both locally and internationally. She has published four book chapters. Her research interests are in strategic man- agement with a bias in strategic planning. Partha Pakray is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Silchar, India since August, 2018. He worked as an Assistant Professor at National Institute of Technology, Mizoram, India from 2015 to 2018. Besides, he was a researcher at CIC-IPN, Mexico, funded by DST-CONACYT (Govt. of India) and guest researcher at University of Bremen, Germany, funded by DST-DAAD (Govt. of India). Yetkin Yildirim is the Director of STEM Projects at Rice University School Mathematics Project. Dr. Yildirim received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering in 2000 from the University of Texas at Austin and is registered by the State of Texas as a professional engineer. Dr. Yildirim served as the president of Harmony Public Schools between 1999 and 2002. Dr. Yildirim’s areas of expertise include construc- tion materials, pavement engineering and STEM education. Dr. Yildirim has also served as the Director of the Engineering Education Research Center (EERC), where he has been conducting research regarding new developments in model-based learn- ing activities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education. He served as the director of the Texas Pavement Preservation Center (TPPC) at the University of Texas at Austin and for ten years and served as a faculty member in the civil engineering department at UT Austin for fifteen years.
