QUESTIONS

1. KGOSI M. MOTSWAGOLE ( REGION): To ask the Minister of (65) Transport and Communications to state when the Molepolole- road will be maintained as it is in a bad state of disrepair following the recent heavy rainfalls.

2. KGOSI J. D. KHUMANEGO (NGWAKETSE WEST REGION): To ask the (66) Minister of Local Government and Rural Development to state how long it takes for a Headman of Arbitration to start receiving allowances after being appointed at his or her respective Kgotla.

3. KGOSI S. MOSOJANE (NORTH EAST): To ask the Minister of Youth (67) Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development to state:-

(i) how he intends to assist Dikgosi as custodians of culture to preserve their specific cultures; and

(ii) whether he has an archive for documented different cultures of .

4. KGOSI D. S. TOTO II (KGALAGADI SOUTH REGION): To ask the Minister (68) of Local Government and Rural Development to state when he will appoint Headmen of Records at Werda, Makopong and Bogogobo villages.

5. KGOSI M. KAHIKO III (GHANZI WEST REGION): To ask the Minister of (69) Health and Wellness to update this Honourable House on when he will construct the Charles Hill clinic since it was part of the National Development Plan 10.

6. KGOSI M. MOTSWAGOLE (MOLEPOLOLE REGION): To ask the Minister of (70) Transport and Communications to apprise this Honourable House on when the Molepolole-Mahetlwe- road will be tarred.

7. KGOSI E. MOLEHELE (GHANZI EAST REGION): To ask the Minister of (71) Local Government and Rural Development whether he will construct a primary school in Meriting Ward at Ghanzi as children walk long distances to school.

8. KGOSI M. KAHIKO III (GHANZI WEST REGION): To ask the Minister for (72) Presidential Affairs, Governance and Public Administration if there are any plans to offer subsidies to public officers on accommodation.

9. KGOSI J. D. KHUMANEGO (NGWAKETSE WEST REGION): To ask the (73) Minister of Local Government and Rural Development if he is aware that the vehicle at Morwamosu Kgotla was taken in 2012 and if so, what action will be taken to return it.

10. KGOSI M. MOTSWAGOLE (MOLEPOLOLE REGION): To ask the Minister of (74) Defence, Justice and Security if he will consider establishing a Special Police Unit to specifically deal with increased cases of rape, murder and motor vehicle break-ins.

11. KGOSI D. S. TOTO II (KGALAGADI SOUTH REGION): To ask the Minister (75) of Local Government and Rural Development to state when he will create a second post for Headman of Records at village given the growth of the village and the escalating crime rate.

12. KGOSI M. KAHIKO III (GHANZI WEST REGION): To ask the Minister of (76) Transport and Communications if he will consider fencing the road from Mamuno turn (at 44km to Ghanzi) to Mamuno border post.

13. KGOSI S. MOSOJANE (NORTH EAST): To ask the Minister of Local (77) Government and Rural Development to state when he intends to network Dikgosi offices with internet for easy communication.

14. KGOSI E. MOLEHELE (GHANZI EAST REGION): To ask the Minister of (78) Finance and Economic Development if he will consider opening a service centre for Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (MVA) in order to assist Ghanzi residents as they receive the service from as far as Maun.

15. KGOSI J. D. KHUMANEGO (NGWAKETSE WEST REGION): To ask the (79) Minister of Local Government and Rural Development to explain why the post of Chief Representative at Mabutsane is not yet filled.

16. KGOSI M. KAHIKO III (GHANZI WEST REGION): To ask the Minister for (49) Presidential Affairs, Governance and Public Administration if there are any plans to open the Department of Information and Broadcasting Services office at Charles Hill Sub-District.

17. KGOSI K. FISH (SPECIALLY ELECTED): To ask the Minister of Land (50) Management, Water and Sanitation Services if he will consider reviewing the Land Policy which states that an individual can only be allocated two plots in the rural and urban areas respectively, to allow for individuals to be allocated two plots in either the rural or the urban area as preferred.
