3. Mechanical Staff achieved more than 90% results in Engineering Graphics for I year in 2011.

4. 94% of the final year students passed al their papers in April 2011 and qualified for receiving their degree.

5. First patent from Jaya Engineering College “Hybrid Bike” as filed through Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, College of Engineering – Guindy, Anna University.

This project work also won Prize in Project exhibition event – Pinnacle 2011, CEG Guindy

Stair climb robot won 2 nd prize in J’Exhibits

6. Prof.V.palvannan has published 2 National conference papers and presented papers in 3 International conferences and won best paper award for Mechanical Engineering in EGS Pillay Engg College in collaboration with AICHI Institute(Toyota) of Japan.
