** For best results all VOIP units should be plugged into main phone port/jack, either the wall phone jack or modem (Port 1, Tele 1). We MUST remember to ask the client where the main phone is plugged into!

** If the client is unsure, ask the client where their home phone is plugged into, if they say modem they need to plug the telephone wire from our base unit (sticking out from Wall/ Line In Port) to the jack/port where the home phone was once plugged into. The home phone then needs to be plugged into our device where it says (Phone/ To House Phone)

** Our units if properly set up will act as splitter. No 3rd party splitter is needed.

** ALL VOIP/DIGITAL units must be programmed as a 4X2 and should be plugged into the MODEM!
