Recently, this problem has ceased to be purely academic and has developed urgent, real-world consequences. Almost every state and the federal government has enacted anti-gang laws in the past several decades. These anti-gang statutes must define ‘gang’ in order to direct police suppression efforts and to criminally punish gang members or associates. These statutory gang definitions are all too often vague and overbroad, as the example of the Juggalos demonstrates.

The Secure Internet Live Conferencing (SILC) protocol, a new generation chat protocol provides full featured conferencing services, compared to any other chat protocol. Its main interesting point is security which has been described all through the paper. We have studied how encryption and authentication of the messages in the network achieves security. The security has been the primary goal of the SILC protocol and the protocol has been designed from the day one security in mind. In this paper we have studied about different keys which have been used to achieve security in the SILC protocol. The main function of SILC is to achieve SECURITY which is most important in any chat protocol. We also have studied different command for communication in chat protocols. Keywords: SILC protocol, IM, MIME, security I.INTRODUCTION SILC stands for “SECURE INTERNET LIVE CONFERENCING”. SILC is a secure communication platform, looks similar to IRC, first protocol & quickly gained the status of being the most popular chat on the net. The security is important feature in applications & protocols in contemporary network environment. It is not anymore enough to just provide services; they need to be secure services. The SILC protocol is a new generation chat protocol which provides full featured conferencing services; additionally it provides security by encrypting & authenticating the messages in the network.

Begin by introducing directional vocabulary using Vocabulary Cards, using movement, pictures, and language. Practice saying each word in English, and again using movement. 2. Next, watch the video “The Directions Song” found on YouTube. Watch the video with students. After showing the video once, watch it again, this time inviting students to move their wheelchairs with the directional vocabulary in video or ask students` aids to move the wheelchairs, creating a “Dance/Sing Along Experience”. 3. Invite students to play the game, themselves becoming the game pieces! On a small game board, students begin at a designated point outside the board. On a large game board, students begin within a square on the game board. One by one, students roll the die by knocking it off their wheelchair tabletop. Then, they `move` according to the die. Once they arrive at the GOAL square, they win! Play as long as time allows. Materials and Preparation: Over-sized Die: Use a cardboard box and resize it to make a cube with each side measuring .3 meters. Then, cover the cardboard with kid-friendly, soft felt. Next, write a different directional vocabulary word and a matching, simple picture on each side of the die.

Theories on gender, masculinity and femininity will be used to analyze both the lyrics and the music videos of these two bands, indicating how they perform gender lyrically and visually. Likewise a short introduction on emo music will be given, to gain a better understanding of the genre and the subculture. It will become clear that the emo subculture allows for men and women to explore their own identity. This is reflected in the music associated to the emo genre as well as their visual representation in their music videos. This essay will explore how both a male fronted band, My Chemical Romance, and a female fronted band, Paramore, perform gender. All studio albums and official music videos will be used to investigate how they have performed gender throughout their career.
