Senator Terry Link, Waukegan, Illinois, presiding. Prayer by Pastor Mike Baker, Eastview Christian Church, Normal, Illinois. Senator Cunningham led the Senate in the Pledge of Allegiance. Senator Hunter moved that reading and approval of the Journals of Thursday, November 15, 2018 and Tuesday, November 20, 2018, be postponed, pending arrival of the printed Journals. The motion prevailed.
