SHERIFF’S SALES Conditions ofsale

i. The sale is conducted in terms of the ralles of the High Court, which provide that it shall be without reserve but subjectto the condition that the Sheriff requires to be satisfid that the highest price offered is reasonable, having regard to thecircumstances oftime and place and the state of the property. 2. After the auction, 2 report oa the bidding and on thehighest price offered, together with any otherrelevant informationrelating to the sale, will be forwarded : to the Sheriif, who, if satisfied thar the highest price offered is reasonable, having Tegard to the circumstances of time and ‘place and the state of the property, will declare the highest bidder to be the purchaser. , . ~*~ ; 3. In terms of the rules of court, any personhaving an interest in the sale may, within seven days of the Sheriff having declared the highest bidder to be the purcha;er, apply to the High Court to have it set aside on the grounds that the sale was improperly conducted or the property was sold for an unreasonably _ low sum, or any other good ground.

4, In the event of no application being made within the said period of seven days, the Sheriff shall confirm the sale. 5. During the auction, should any dispute arise as to an:y bid, the property will be put upforsale again, 6. The right is reserved to the auctioneer of regulating or refusing any bid. 7. The'salé shall be for cash and,in addition, the purchaser stiall pay—
