1 Introduction - Anson Road, Alrewas

What is Bromfords proposal?

Bromford wants to invest in Alrewas by replacing 20 concrete Airey houses with 45 new homes consisting of 32 affordable and 13 shared ownership properties on Anson Road. We are currently working with a team of consultants to submit a planning application to enable us to deliver these exciting plans.

1 The site is shown on the adjacent plan, denoted by a red outline and comprises approximately 2.6 acres (1.05 ha). It is accessed off Oakfield Road which runs along the north of the site and is bordered by residential properties on all sides, including a mixture of bungalows and two storey homes. 6 This information sharing event allows Bromford customers and local residents to get a feel for the proposals 5 and speak directly with the team working on the project to understand the scheme design and our thinking in more detail.

These information boards show the initial layout of the site, outline the proposals for the development and seeks your views and feedback which will help us shape the forthcoming planning application. 2

3 How can you get involved? 4 An initial plan of the potential layout is shown on the information boards. This layout has been developed with consultation from the planning officer but may be subject to changes. Your views are really valued by Bromford and all comments made at this stage will be carefully considered before a planning application is submitted.
