SBM BENCHMARKING OF DEPED SURIGAO CITY DIVISION KEY OFFICIALS TO SELECTED DEPED RO 12 SBM LEVEL 3 SCHOOLS

To: ALL CONCERNED SCHOOL DIVISION SUPERINTENDENTS Sarangani, General Santos City, Koronadal City, South Cotabato, Tacurong City & Sultan Kudarat This Region

Attention: SGOD Chiefs & Division SBM Coordinators of Concerned Divisions

1. This has reference to the endorsement letter of Dr. Beatriz G. Torno, CESO IV, OIC-Regional Director of DepEd CARAGA, dated January 16, 2018 regarding the request to conduct SBM Benchmarking to SBM Level 3 schools of selected School Division Offices of DepEd Region 12 on February 8-9, 2017.

2. In response to such request, the Regional Office is hereby directing concerned SDOs (SGOD Chiefs & SBM CoordinatorS) and identified schools (School Head) to be benchmarked to prepare and accommodate DepEd Key Officials of DepEd Surigao City Division.

3. The Benchmarking Activity aims to: (a) showcase SBM innovative/best practices of schools of DepEd RO 12; (b) sustain schools’ capacity in their SBM Level of Practice by sharing their innovative practices; and (c) provide Technical Assistance for the Continuous Improvement of schools being benchmarked through the feedback of the visitors from DepEd Surigao City Division.

4. The concerned SDO shall assign SDRCT (SBM Division Coordinating Team) members to facilitate the smooth conduct of the said activity. See attached Enclosures No. 1 to 3 for the schedule of activity for your reference.
