Introducing our new CULINARY MENTOR...
Marcia Below is a Certified Dietary Manager and will serve as The Neighbors of Dunn County’s Culinary Mentor. She is an enthusiastic professional with extensive experience in management and food service.
Marcia has more than 25 years of dietary experience in diverse health care settings and is excited to bring her skills to our team! When she is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and looks forward to visits with her four adult children.
All Red Cedar Bistro sales effective on or after January 1, 2017 will be cash or check sales and will include sales tax in addition to the quoted prices. In the past, we included sales taxes in our prices, but by making this change, we can maintain our tax records and reconcile our receipts better. We apologize for any inconvenience. No changes are being made to the guest meal prices at this time, and resident guests’ meals are exempted from sales taxes. Thank you.
