Virtu Financial, Inc. is comprised of several trading and related entities under common control. Collectively, these businesses and affiliates are referred to as Virtu in this disclosure document. Proprietary trading and market making activities in the Asia-Pacific region are conducted by Virtu Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd and Virtu Financial Asia Pty Ltd. Virtu Financial Asia Pty Ltd is licensed and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.
