According to the international situation and professional development requirements, it was renamed as International Symposium on Antennas, Propagation and EM Theory (ISAPE) in 2000. This symposium is the only international conference sponsored by CIE and organized by CIE Radio Propagation Society and CIE Antennas Society, offering an important academic forum in the areas of antennas and radio wave propagation all over the world. So far, it has been held in Beijing, Qingdao, , Xi’ an, Guilin, Hangzhou and other cities in China for 12 sessions. ZHUHAI Zhuhai is located in the south of Guang-dong province, on the west bank of the mouth of the Pearl River. It is connected with the waters of Hong Kong in the east and the land of Macao in the south. The city has a natural environment with more than 100 islands, known as the “City of 100 Islands”. Zhuhai, awarded the Best Model of International Residential Environment Improvement by UNCHS, is a garden-style seaside tourist city with flowers blooming all the year round and green everywhere. With its beautiful beaches and rich islands, it has attracted many tourists and has been rated as one of the “National Top 40 Tourist Attractions”. The city has a well- developed transportation network with an international airport and several railway stations. Today, the opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the world’s longest sea-crossing bridge, has established Zhuhai’s strategic position.
