(Amended plans rec'd 01.10.2018) Full Planning Application No objection was made subject to the following: the garage is not used as habitable accommodation in the future. 18/0823 HIGH CHIMNEYS COTTAGE, WESTWOOD ROAD, WINDLESHAM, FPA GU20 6LT With landscaping and access, erection of a two storey dwelling house with integral garage following the demolition of existing two storey dwelling house and detached garage. Full Planning Application No objection was made subject to the following: the new dwelling house should not exceed the permitted percentage increase on the existing footprint of the property. 18/0680 PENNYHILL PARK HOTEL AND SPA, ROAD, , FPA GU19 5EU Erection of a pool bar/cabin outbuilding. (retrospective) Full Planning Application Objection made for the following reason(s): Firstly there were no documents online to show the plans of the already built structure so it would be impossible to make any comment on the outbuilding. Secondly, this Committee does not support retrospective applications. In respect of this particular applicant, there have been a number of retrospective applications in recent months – the applicant must be made aware of the need to submit timely planning applications before work is carried out and in the event that a retrospective application is not granted, SHBC must enforce removal. This particular application affects local residents due to the proximity of the outbuilding to a residential area and there have been issues with noise.

(retrospective) Full Planning Application Objection made for the following reason(s): The Committee does not support retrospective applications. In respect of this particular applicant, there have been a number of retrospective applications in recent months – the applicant must be made aware of the need to submit timely planning applications before work is carried out and in the event that a retrospective application is not granted, SHBC must enforce removal. The Committee are aware that there is a query over the land ownership the building has been sited on and that it is common land.

Full Planning Application Objection made for the following reason(s): The proposed development is not in keeping with the local street scene and takes away all on site parking with the loss of the garage and driveway parking. Full Planning Application The Committee could not make an informed decision as no block or location plan were included in the application, making it difficult to make a meaningful assessment and representation. This should be deferred until the appropriate information is presented by the applicant.

Other Prior Approval GPDO Objection made for the following reason(s):The proposed plans for 85 units would grossly overdevelop the site – there is insufficient parking for the proposed units and the already overloaded local road infrastructure does not have the capacity to absorb the traffic movements that would come from potentially a minimum of 85 new vehicles.
