THE BUDGET (RAILWAYS) 2016-17 General Discussion ———— LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS Bills for consideration and passing

The Bureau of 1. FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by Indian Standards Shri on the 3rd March, 2016:— Bill, 2015. "That the Bill to provide for the establishment of a national standards body for the harmonious development of the activities of standardization, conformity assessment and quality assurance of goods, articles, processes, systems and services and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.

SHRI RAM VILAS PASWAN to move that the Bill be passed.

The National 2. SHRI NITIN JAIRAM GADKARI to move that the Bill to make Waterways Bill, provisions for existing national waterways and to provide for the declaration of 2015. certain inland waterways to be national waterways and also to provide for the regulation and development of the said waterways for the purposes of shipping and navigation and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.

ALSO to move that the Bill be passed.

The Whistle Blowers 3. FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by Protection Dr. Jitendra Singh on the 7th December, 2015 and the amendment moved (Amendment) Bill, thereto:— 2015. "That the Bill further to amend the Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 2011, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration."
