The CopyBox 5 Blu-ray can simultaneously create five copies (BD-R or BD-RE) of a Blu-Ray master disc. Next to recordable Blu-Ray, the CopyBox can also duplicate CD and DVD recordable discs. The CopyBox contains one Blu-Ray reader and five high quality Blu-Ray writers. The unit also includes a USB data port at the front of the controller. The USB port allows data to be copied directly from USB stick (or any memory card using an adapter) to Blu-Ray, DVD or CD.

An internal hard drive can be fitted as an optional extra. The internal hard drive can store CD/DVD/BD images. Once copied to the hard drive, master discs are no longer required for duplication. The advantage when duplicating from the internal hard drive is the maximum reliability; read errors are eliminated.

The CopyBox 5 Blu-Ray can make five BD duplicates at once at a maximum 12x speed (DVD maximum 16x speed). The fast writers can duplicate a 25 GB BD-R in approx. 9 minutes. This results in a production capacity of 31,9 BD's or 52,9 DVD's per hour.

Operating the CopyBox 5 Blu-Ray is quite simple; all functions are selected using the LCD display and control buttons on the front of the unit. This makes the CopyBox suitable for all users.
