Province, Ifugao and Calayan Group of Islands were placed under TCWS No.4 which means that there is potential very heavy damage to high-risk structures and heavy damage to medium-risk structures. Past destructive destructive typhoons with similar tracks include Typhoon ‘Megi’ (Juan) (2010), Typhoon ‘Zeb’ (Iliang) (1998) and Typhoon ‘Sarika’ (Karen) (2016) FORM 2-SITUATION UPDATE 2 Source: Manila Observatory While the assessment is still ongoing, the initial reports of the NDRRMC revealed that six road sections in Region III and CAR are not passable due to flooding and landslides.
