Notice is hereby given that a virtual meeting of the Planning Committee will take place on Thursday 11th March 2021 at 8pm and Members are summoned to attend.

9. Waste Local Plan - Draft Plan Consultation: {10} Hertfordshire County Council is preparing a new Waste Local Plan (the Plan). The consultation runs from 11/01/21 and details have been circulated to the Council. To consider the Plan, comments are required by 19/03/21 and can be submitted via a response form.

10. Amenity Matters: {10} To consider installing signage on every Parish Council owned street light, to advise residents who to contact for any defects or concerns. DS

11. Correspondence: {20} To discuss, consider and agree any next steps on the following: a) A resident is concerned regarding activity at the Lignacite location and the hours of operation, which appear to be in breach of the planning permission. GS b) Residents are concerned that a builder’s yard has been built at the Old Waterworks site on Green Lane, which appears to be without permission and that there are a large number of vehicles using the yard. DS
