Observations • 5.2% (1 in 19) of all speeding vehicles were ‘High-end’ (50%+ over the speed limit). • 88% of all vehicles detected speeding once were not detected again. • 90% of all speeding vehicles that generated a first letter did not generate another. • Only 0.05% (1 in 2,000) of speeding vehicles went on to generate a fourth or fifth letter.
Conclusion Speed Watch delivers a positive behavioural change in a large majority of drivers.
