organized konfusion- Stress Extinction Agenda 320kbps torrent download Pharoahe Monch. Monch released three as part of the rap duo, Organized Konfusion with partner Prince Poetry: The self-titled Organized Konfusion, Stress: The Extinction Agenda and The Equinox. The duo handled a large amount of production on these albums themselves. All albums received positive critical reviews, but moderate sales. As a result, the duo split up after recording their final album The Equinox in 1997. Prince Poetry has since denied the possibility of an Organized Konfusion reunion. Pharoahe Monch then signed to Rawkus Records, an indie label. After making several guest appearances on albums like the best-selling Rawkus compilation Soundbombing 2, Monch's much-hyped debut, Internal Affairs was released in 1999. The first single of the album, Simon Says, was a major hit in 1999; he was later sued for the use of a Godzilla sample for the beat. He also had a 2001 hit with "Got You," though the single ultimately didn't sell well, and he also contributed the track "Fuck You" to the Training Day soundtrack. In 2003, Pharoahe released his final single through Rawkus Records, "Agent Orange", a war inspired song which revisited the 1991 Organized Konfusion track "Releasing Hypnotical Gases". Pharoahe's song "Simon Says" was featured in the 2000 cinematic release Charlie's Angels. Viewers will recognize the song and backbeat in the scene where Sam Rockwell is lighting a cigarette in the castle, while holding Drew Barrymore hostage. Two of Monch's songs, "Right Here" and "Simon Says" were featured in the movie Boiler Room. Pharoahe is also affiliated with the rap group The HRSMN. Although not a member of the group (there are only four real members), he is constantly linked to someday join the group when/if they ever expand. There were rumors his next album, Innervisions, was to be released under Denaun Porter's new Shady Records imprint Runyon Ave., but apparently the deal fell through; Monch has since announced a deal with Street Records Corporation, home of Wu-Tang Clan, David Banner and Terror Squad. In June 2007 Monch released his second solo album Desire to critical acclaim. Monch said about the album; ". it's very soulful, very gospel, a fresh, new sound for me." The album's lead single was the self-produced track "Push", with "Let's Go" as its B-Side. The song's music video and single were released in late September 2006. Monch released a second music video entitled "When the Gun Draws" at a Brooklyn music festival in February, 2007. Monch also produced and ghost-wrote the track The Future and ghost-wrote the track Hold Up with Mobb Deep member Havoc on rap mogul Diddy's latest album Press Play. Critics contest that Monch's writing is evident in both the content and the delivery of Diddy's rhymes. Pharoahe Monch sang the Madden NFL 2002 theme for the game and six years later Desire was featured on the soundtrack of Madden NFL 08. Busta Rhymes - FlipMode Meets Def Squad (ft Jamal, Keith Murray, Redman, Rampage, Lord Have Mercy) This track is crazy, produced by The Vibe Chemist. 8 mintues of heat. The way Lord Have Mercy raps has always been awful to me, but everyone else is nice on here. Jamal rips it for around two minutes. Keith, Red, and Rampage all come correct too. Busta is ridiculous on here though. It's a shame he hasn't made a classic album yet, he's always been good for 4-5 bangers per album though. Over the right beats, he could have made a classic around 95-98 when he was in his prime. 8 Diagrams. Might as well stick with these new releases that are coming out during the next month. As I'm sure you all know, the new Wu-Tang Clan album, 8 Diagrams, leaked this week. Now as bad as I didn't want to download the album and wanted to wait until I bought it to hear it, I found that to be impossible. There is no way I would have been able to wait three weeks for the album to be released in stores, so I basically have listened to the album for three days straight. Personally, I am very impressed with how the album came out. With all the complaining from Ghost and Rae, I got a little worried. However, I knew RZA would come through with some amazing material. Now unlike some people, I wasn't expecting a early-mid 90's Wu-Tang album. With the passing of Ason Unique, it would have been impossible for the group to create something 36 Chambers-esque. Also, Ghostface hardly participated in the making of this album. He only appears on four tracks and one of them he is only heard on the chorus. However, this only had a minor effect on the outcome of the album. If anything, I feel that the absence on P. Tone resulted in numerous unsung members shining. U-God and Masta Killa came both thrived on the album with multiple ferocious verses. U-God completely shreds " Get Out the Way 'Pa," "Wolves," and "Tar Pit." Raekwon and Method Man also put in a noticeable amount of work for the album. Each of them appear on more than half of the total tracks and neither of them slip for even a second. While Rae is back on his Gambino style, which has me hype as ever for OB4CLII, Mef maintains the swagger he had from the Tical years. GZA also sounds as hungry as ever and drops one of my favorite verses on the album on "Stick Me for My Riches." RZA's solo track, "Sunlight," is another memorable moment on the album. I was also very impressed with his production on the album from start to finish. Deck was the only member other than Ghost that didn't impress me too much. Cappadonna and Streetlife each drops a few worthy verses also as the only two guest rappers. The album does feature more singing than what would be expected from a Wu-Tang album. The songs "My Heart Gently Weeps," "Gun Will Go," "Stick Me For My Riches," and "Starter" all contain singing during the chorus. I am only bothered by the singing on "Starter," which to me basically ruins the song. Although this is likely the final Clan album, I do have high hopes for RZA production on future solo projects. GZA is scheduled to release a new album early next year, which with RZA on the boards could result in another Wu classic. Also, OB4CLII is due out next summer, and Rae really showed that he is capable of making another classic. Meth will likely return with another solo next year as well. What I am really hoping for is a U- God solo with a majority of the production done by RZA. U-God has always appeared to be the most underappreciated member of the group in my opinion. While I have always considered Golden Arms Redemption to be a near classic, he seems like he could be very capable of creating a classic now. Go buy the album when it comes out on December 11th, SUPPORT REAL HIP-HOP. Cunninlynguists. I been into these guys since their second album, Southernunderground . It is also reasonable to argue that A Piece of Strange is a modern day classic. Anyways, the groups new album Dirty Acres is going to be released on November 27 (tomorrow). The album is insane. Kno's production is on point as expected. The surprise to me is how much the group has matured lyrically. I still find Deacon's rap style annoying at times, but lyrically he has improved greatly. Guest spots from Devin, Phonte, and Witchdoctor are necessary and the Intro with Big Rube has me reminiscing on the old Dungeon Family albums. You could cop the album from qn5.com, undergroundhiphop.com, sandboxautomatic.com, and I'm sure many other places. Here's a sample track for ya: Monday, November 19, 2007. New Wu Tracks. These were played on the Wake Up Show. The tracks are "Stick Me for My Riches," "Take It Back," and "Wolves." All of them are ripped off the radio so the quality isnt too good. Sunday, November 18, 2007. Outkast - Da Art of Storytellin' Part 4 (Snippet) Gawd damn. This is supposedly off the DJ Drama, Gangsta Grillz album. The snippet is only one verse from Andre, but he murders it. Outkast really need to just put out one more album together, if they would I'd actually probably have an equal amount of hype for it as I have for 8 Diagrams . Saigon on Shade 45. This shit is hilarious. Sai snaps out and verbally abuses this radio host. Honestly, I'm glad he reacted the way he did, how's that bitch gonna say some shit about him runnin from other rappers. When Sai punched Prodigy (aka the rapper who has been sonned by every other rapper) he had no reason to stay, he was highly outnumbered, so he got a couple punches in and dipped. So in the interview Sai is all drunk or whatever and says somethin about how he will beat up any rapper, and then the radio host says "and then run." She says it really low, I hardly even noticed the first time I listened to it, but the instance she says it Sai starts abusin' her. Really, this shit too funny. Buy Moral of the Story, I am. http://www.zshare.net/audio/493771956d596b/ I'm livin' in the present, so every day is a gift. I love the track, real old school vibe, it sounds like it was recorded with a tape recorder. Ja Rule did a remake of this, basically using the same beat and a Pac verse from it, but hey, who hasn't stolen somethin from Pac since he passed? Goodie Mob ft Outkast - Black Ice http://www.zshare.net/audio/4982857d280672/ -This is my shit, Sky High (Sky High), I can't help but nod my head when I play this. Andre is one of the greatest of all-time, fuck what u heard. For real, if the Dungeon Family put out a group album between '95 and '98, that shit would have been a guarateed classic. Outkast, Goodie Mob, Cool Breeze, Backbone, Big Rube, Sleepy singing, and Organized Noize on the boards, even thinking about how dope that album could have been has me speechless. Gravediggaz - Mommy, What's a Gravedigga? (RZA Extended Mix) http://www.zshare.net/audio/47760995c34606/ -R.I.P. Poetic. his flow was like none other, one of the most unique styles I've ever heard. I always liked the shortened version that was on the 6 Feet Deep album and then I came across this extended version one day, enjoy it. Killarmy ft Holocaust (aka Warcloud) - Bastard Swordsmen http://www.zshare.net/audio/344514189121a7/ -From Killarmy's second album, Dirty Weaponry . This track is nice, the beats, the flows, everything. Killarmy and Holocaust are Wu-Tang affiliated, Shogun, 9th Prince, Holocaust, and Dom Pachino have vocals on the track and it was produced by Allah Mathematics. Holocaust drops a ridiculous verse on here, you just need to hear it for yourself. Megalon (of Monsta Island Czars) ft Ray Long - Death Before Dishonor http://www.zshare.net/audio/4982832fef608c/ -Megalon of the Monsta Island Czars, a group which also included MF Doom, MF Grimm, X-Ray, Kamackeris (aka Kwite Def), Rodan, and others. This is from his album, A Penny For Your Thoughts. X-Ray did the beat, it's pretty nice. Megalon's flow was crazy to me, he has killed so many tracks it's ridiculous. He was incarcerated for a while but he was recently released, I'm unsure whether he is still rapping or not, but I did hear him on an MF Grimm tracks a few months ago. I first heard him on Operation: Doomsday , then on Escape From Monster Island! He outshined everyone on that album in my opinion so I copped his solo album, if you can find it anywhere I reccommend you do the same! Shabaam Sahdeeq, UG (of Cella Dwellas), , & Casual - Connect 4 http://www.zshare.net/audio/4982776d338c9d/ -This shit is just raw as fuck, no hook or any of that, just straight emceeing. This combination of rappers on a track is unheard of, Casual probably drops my favorite verse on the track. All of them rip it though, it was on a Shabaam album that came out a year or so ago, Sean Price also put it on his Master P mixtape/album. Shabazz the Disciple - Crime Saga http://www.zshare.net/audio/498272661f5c36/ -Ok, Shabazz is one of the illest emcees ever. His flow is crazy and he is almost always on point lyrically. This was a classic from the moment it came out, the storyline is dope as fuck and the beat is crazy. I actually remember Guru killin this beat on Tony Touch's 50 MC's compilation. Anyways, Shabazz was part of the Wu-Tang affilated group Sunz of Man. He dropped a classic verse on the Gravediggaz single, "Diary of a Madman." You definitely need to check this one out! Sunz of Man - Love of Money http://www.zshare.net/audio/39069274bcbb22/ -This one was from the early Sunz of Man days, probably 96-98 when this one came out. I had actually only had a really bad quality version of this until just recently. The highlight for me on this is 60 Second Assassin. Although his style can sometimes go a little over the top, he is amazing on this. Prodigal Sunn and Hell Razah also drop nice verses on this, and 4th Disciple did the beat. Razah dropped two very good albums this year and Priest dropped a great one, hopefully 60, P. Sunn, and Shabazz drop something soon, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up. Peep the track though! Warcloud ft Parrallax (Leviathan & Mantra) - The Renaissance http://www.zshare.net/audio/4983359c65810a/ -More Wu-Tang affilates, Da Monstar Mob. This track was on Warcloud's (aka Holocaust, Robot Tank) album Nightmares That Surface From Shallow Sleep , it was produced by fellow Monstar Mob member Skarekrow. Like a few of the other track I just posted, this shit is SO raw. The beat is real dark, all of the emcees kill it. Warcloud/Holocaust is simply not human, any one who has heard him before knows this. I'm gonna put up some more tracks of his over the next few days, don't sleep on this one. This shit bangs on a system too. First Post. . so I guess I'll start by droppin a list of the hip-hop CD's I own. Notice I said own, not downloaded, burned to a CD, or put on my iPod, I actually purchased all of these albums. Many of them I bought used, but most of them are in like new condition and all of them play perfectly. I spent thousands of dollars throughout my life and spent hours of my time forming this immense collection. 99 Bpm Rap & Hiphop Full Album. Artists range from Run the Jewels to Nas and his classic"Illmatic" Share PINTEREST Email. Rap & Hip Hop Top Picks Basics. Hip-hop has produced plenty of great music over its 40-plus-year history. Few albums are worthy of the title "greatest," while others are good enough to make the list. These albums were picked on the basis of creativity, originality, replay value, and overall cultural impact. Run the Jewels: 'Run the Jewels' Killer Mike is really good at rapping. El-P is really good at rapping and excellent at making beats. Put these two together and nobody could screw it up. The Freestyle Fellowship: 'To Whom It May Concern' Amid the thugged-out reign of N.W.A. and Cypress Hill, Freestyle Fellowship countered with lyrical virtuosity. Too Short: 'Born to Mack' Raw, uncut, and X-rated tales of female conquests abound. At a mere eight tracks, "Born to Mack" was indeed too short. MF Doom: 'Operation Doomsday' Metal Face Records. Doom's off-kilter rhymes, scenic skits, and soul-inspired production made "Operation Doomsday" a unique set worthy of multiple spins. Pharoahe Monch: 'Internal Affairs' "Internal Affairs" was Pharoahe Monch's Rocky Balboa moment. Most of the album was recorded in a closet without air conditioning, which imbues it with a raw feeling. The gritty production comes from now-vintage equipment such as SP-12s and AKAI 2000s . Jeru the Damaja: 'The Sun Rises in the East' Fame proved elusive for the Brooklyn emcee, but Jeru's talent and Premier's mind-blowing compositions made his debut one of the quintessential '90s hip-hop albums. Kendrick Lamar: 'Good Kid, m.A.A.d City' Top Dawg Entertainment. There's a lot to love about Kendrick Lamar's "Good Kid, m.A.A.d City." For starters, it's a remarkable rap album in every way rap can be remarkable. It's a portrait of the jungle through the eyes of the prey. Despite a Grammy snub, it was well received by fans, critics, and peers. Juvenile: '400 Degreez' Cash Money Records. A combination of Juvie's melodic flow and Cash Money's high-end production made "400 Degreez" a Southern rap favorite in 1998. The Roots: 'Things Fall Apart' This mid-career success for The Roots was a huge step forward from the righteous fury of their first three LPs. Del: 'I Wish My Brother George Was Here' While his cousin Ice Cube was busy stirring up the gangsta rap scene, Del was laying the foundation for what would become a healthy alternative- hip-hop landscape. Xzibit: '40 Dayz & 40 Nightz' Xzibit molds his voice into a gruff instrument, overpowering the beats when necessary. It's a brilliant gambit when it works. Reflection Eternal: 'Train of Thought' Super lyricist Talib Kweli and super producer Hi-Tek join forces on a masterwork that underlined the Rawkus era in hip-hop. Slum Village: 'Fantastic Volume II' Two of the three masterminds behind "Fantastic Volume II" are no longer alive, but this album left an indelible mark on hip-hop. SV's experimentation with neo-soul and quirky raps flung the door open for groups such as Little Brother and Tanya Morgan. Black Moon: 'Enta Da Stage' Unlike most hip-hop albums of its era, "Enta Da Stage" eschewed confrontational raps and opted for a brooding, electrifying brand of hip-hop. Wyclef Jean: 'The Carnival' This is where it all began. Wyclef's debut set the bar high for the rest of the Fugees' solo efforts. "The Carnival" was a masterful piece that combined Clef's smart songwriting with excellent beatsmithing. It was a critical and commercial smash. Scarface: 'The Fix' "The Fix" was one of those albums that came out of nowhere and made you forget everything else going on in Southern rap. With robust beats by Mike Dean and a young Kanye West and Scarface in peak form, "The Fix" was an instant hit and a Southern rap classic. The Roots: 'Illadelph Halflife' The year is 1996 and hip-hop heads aren't so sure about live instrumentation. So The Roots flip the script and sample themselves in a brave artistic endeavor. Busta Rhymes: 'When Disaster Strikes' Busta's second album is arguably his most consistent work. It definitely contains his most memorable singles: "Dangerous" and "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See." MC Lyte: 'Lyte As a Rock' Hip-hop in 1988 was a misogynistic place. MC Lyte's debut, "Lyte as a Rock," helped usher in a wave of skilled, confident rappers who just happened to be women. Standouts include "Paper Thin" and "I Cram to Understand U." Eminem: 'The Marshall Mathers LP' "The Marshall Mathers LP" was an undeniable hip-hop masterpiece that reinforced Eminem's status as one of the most exciting artists of the new millennium. 2Pac: 'All Eyez on Me' Death Row Records. Tupac Shakur was fresh out of jail when he released "All Eyez on Me," and you could hear the raw thoughts of a man grappling with his inner conflict. On one side were the brazen cuts that showed his tough side; on the other, he was soft as a pillow, immortalizing dead homies on the sentimental "Life Goes On." Diamond and the Psychotic Neurotics: 'Stunts, Blunts & Hip-Hop' "Stunts, Blunts & Hip-Hop" announced Diamond D as one of the best producers on the mic. It also gave us a sneak peek of hip-hop's future, in sound and rhyme. The album featured fierce rhymes and beats by the likes of Big L, Fat Joe, and Q-Tip, among others. Finding early promotional copies of this album years later is like finding unicorn blood. Kanye West: 'The College Dropout' Kanye's first album, "The College Dropout," was one for the ages. His hunger on this album is unmatched. Warm, sample-heavy production backs up Mr. West's self-conscious lyrics. "College Dropout" appealed to both mainstream and underground audiences. DMX: 'It's Dark and Hell Is Hot' DMX's debut album, "It's Dark and Hell Is Hot," arrived in May 1998 and established him as the hottest thing in rap. At a time when bad boy stars such as Mase and Diddy ruled radio with a pop-friendly sound, X took the dark route. He barked (literally) his way to the top of the charts, thanks to key singles "Get at Me Dog" and "Ruff Ryder's Anthem." And "How's It Goin' Down" with Faith Evans showed this dog wasn't all bark. Eminem: 'The Slim Shady LP' A 24-year-old bleached-blond rapper from Detroit wasn't anyone's image of a hip-hop artist at the turn of the decade. But once Eminem opened his mouth, no one could question his skill. "The Slim Shady LP" sold over 5 million copies and solidified Em as a new force in rap. Jungle Brothers: 'Straight Out the Jungle' 1980s hip-hop is colored by drum breaks, bad fashion, and Afrocentrism. Jungle Brothers provided Afro comfort music to soundtrack it all. Their debut is one of the most influential of the era. Gang Starr: 'Step in the Arena' Guru used his monotone voice like an instrument to call attention to inner-city strife, while Premier backed him up with some of the grimiest beats hip-hop has ever heard. Pharcyde: 'Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde' Delicious Vinyl Records. While De La Soul was brewing Daisy Age rap on the East Coast, Pharcyde was diligently paying attention out West. "Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde" has many fun, irreverent moments ("Oh S**t") and angst ("Officer") and mush ("Passin' Me By"), but not once do the zany fellas on the mic compromise passion for a bitter whine. Kendrick Lamar: 'To Pimp a Butterfly' "To Pimp a Butterfl y " is a concept album with a convoluted arc that Kendrick follows with rare discipline. It retains vestiges of "Good Kid, m.A.A.d City" themes, with Lucy (Lucifer) supplanting Sherane. It deserves a seat alongside timeless works such as "Fear of a Black Planet" and "AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted." Mobb Deep: 'The Infamous' One of rap's greatest duos, Mobb Deep brought QB dun talk to hip-hop audiences in the '90s. East Coast hip-hop was a competitive space in the '90s, and Mobb's first album, "Juvenile Hell," flew under the radar. In 1995, Havoc and Prodigy made huge creative leaps with "The Infamous." With Havoc serving up hardbody beats and Prodigy thrilling listeners with cinematic crime rap, "The Infamous" became one of the most influential gangsta rap albums.
