EAI does not provide production stills, slides, scans, transparencies, or prints. We provide video stills, captured directly from the works, as publication-ready digital picture files. These files are provided at their original resolution of 72 DPI. Please understand that although stills may be re-sized to 300 DPI by your designer, the images will always retain their low-resolution character, which is intrinsic to the medium of video.

LICENSE AGREEMENT between ELECTRONIC ARTS INTERMIX, INC. a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of New York State, Licensor and the Licensee.

1. The image requested for reproduction is copyrighted and may not be altered in any way. Nothing, such as additional images or lettering, may be superimposed on to the image.

2. The image must be reproduced in its entirety. The reproduction of a specific detail must be approved in advance, and the fact that it is a detail must be noted in the documentation.

3. Permission for reproduction is granted only for promotional materials and press. Our credit line as worded below (8) must always be published with the image, including when sent to the press. Written permission for all third party reproductions, revised editions, additional language editions and/or non-editorial purposes must be directly obtained from Electronic Arts Intermix.

4. Two copies of all completed print materials MUST be sent to the Electronic Arts Intermix office attention: Josh Kline, Rights & Reproductions.

5. Fees for Image Requests and Reproduction are as follows: --- $70 per still for use in print or on-line publication. --- no fee for representative image if request is connected with a purchase or rental from EAI.

6. Standard turnaround time on image requests is 5-10 business days (2 weeks) from when this completed agreement is received by EAI.

7. Payment, if required, must be received before images can be sent. Payment by check or wire transfer will substantially delay your request.

8. Credit is a condition of use for each image. The full credit line as worded below must appear directly under the reproduction, on the page facing, or on the reverse. If the image is reproduced on the Web, a link to http://www.eai.org must be included.
