One of the mains does not currently have a recorded easement for the county to access and maintain its sewer infrastructure. The other two mains had to be realigned as part of the construction of the Springwood Connector necessitating a redrawing of the easements associated with those mains. The attached permanent easements grant access and maintenance rights to the county for its sewer infrastructure. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval of the ordinance granting permanent easement rights to DeKalb County for the purposes of accessing and maintaining its sanitary sewer mains.
