Memorializing Prentice Cooper, Governor of Tennessee, 1939- 1945. The name was originally given to the building now known Cooper Hall Cooper Hall 12/7/1995 as Crisp Hall. In 1995, the name, Cooper, was transferred to Atrium Hall, a coed apartment facility. Constructed: 1969.
Memorializing Mr. Harry L. Crisp, Sr., the facility was named on September 28, 1996, in recognition of his academic and athletic support of UT Martin at the request of his son, Harry Crisp, Jr. Crisp Hall Crisp Hall 9/28/1996 Previously the building carried the name Prentice Cooper, Governor of Tennessee, 1939-1945, for appropriating the funds to rebuild the facility in 1941 after the 1930 building burned.

Blaylock graduated from UT Martin ('68) before earning a Blaylock Pending Inspirational Oracle medical degree from the UTHSC ('72).
