Biographical Sketch Ms. Sneha Singh is a qualified lawyer who graduated with a keen interest in research and academics. Ms. Singh completed her graduation first class from the Department of Law, Calcutta University (Hazra Campus) and then pursued her two -year post-graduation in Commercial Laws from National University of Juridical Science s (WBNUJS). The area of her postgraduation dissertation was Mergers and Acquisitions and the Regulatory Frame work in . After successful completion of her postgraduation, Ms. Singh enrolled for her PhD degree in West Bengal National University of Juri dical Sciences (WBNUJS) under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Bhatt, Professor of Law, West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS). Her doctoral thesis work is on Mediation (Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism).

She has to Four years of experience in Legal and Policy Research and is teaching from the month of July, 2017. She served her Judicial clerkship at and is keen on policy and administrative research. During the period of her post -graduation, Ms. Singh p racticed in the courts of West Bengal. Ms. Singh has to her credits till date ten publications and has atte nded/participated and presented paper in 17 national and international seminars and conferences across India. Ms. Singh has received orientation and training in teaching and research through six programmes conducted across India in different premier instit utions. Ms. Singh has been associated with St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata since August, 2017 as a Faculty with the Department of Commerce and Management of the University. Ms. Singh is actively associated with the activities and teaching responsibilities at the Xavier Law School since the year 2019.
