APRIL 26, 2013 Watchung Mayor Gerald Mobus presented a Proclamation 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM to the WHRHS students in honor of a "White Out to Unite Against Bullying" campaign. The Borough staff and the ROYCE BROOK GOLF students gathered at Borough Hall as Mayor Mobus & COUNTRY CLUB presented and read the Proclamation aloud. All wore white in 201 Hamilton Road support of raising awareness for the campaign to wipe out Hillsborough, NJ bullying in our schools. Watchung Borough Mayor Gerald “Jerry” Mobus passed away on March 17, 2013 at the age of 70. The Borough closed its offices on Thursday, March 21 in his honor and remembrance. The borough website expressed the sorrow felt by the Watchung community in a message posted describing him as “Our dear and beloved Mayor... our leader and highly respected of course but he was also thought of as a terrific friend.” The tribute added “Nobody loved Watchung more
