Target Audience: This program is suitable for pharmacists and technicians in practice.

CPE Monitor: Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians must submit a properly completed Verification Form with their individual CPE ID number and their personal MM/DD – to be eligible to receive CE credit. Note: Participants should check their NABP eProfile accounts within two weeks to verify accurate credit upload, and should immediately report any discrepancies to Provider.

C.E. Credit: Successful completion of each session requires continuous attendance at that session, completion of the evaluation forms and learning assessment exercises / and completing and signing the CPE Verification form for CE sessions satisfactorily attended.

C.E. Fee: The program fee includes all C.E. materials and refreshments/meals as indicated in the agenda. Early registration is encouraged (see Registration Form – www.SDSHP.com ).
