Yearbook Pictures

Freshman, sophomores, and junior students will have an opportunity to have their pictures taken for the yearbook on , 20, and 21. This is not mandatory. Here are our safety protocols:

• Students must wear a mask and only enter at their appointed time

• Students will enter the Fine Art Building through the main entrance on the north side. Pictures will be taken in the Little Theater

• Students will be required to maintain a 6-foot distance while entering and waiting for their turn

• The photographer will tell students when to remove their mask, take the picture and then have them immediately put their mask back on

• Chairs will be sanitized in between each session

• Students must exit the building and campus directly after their picture is taken

• We will have separate entrance and exit doors

Please make your appointment at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0845A5AD2BAAF94-sahuaro

Seniors you can still have your picture taken for the yearbook at no cost. Please contact Silhouette Photography ASAP. Visit our website for more details.

Still considering a “P” request?

January 16, 2021 is the deadline for families to submit their “P” requests. According to the District’s temporary modified grading policy, students and families request a “P” (Pass) for any credit-bearing course where the student earned a passing grade of a B, C, or D.

Teachers have the final decision to issue a “P” instead of a standard letter grade. A “P” will have a neutral impact on a student’s overall GPA. A “P” will not harm a student’s transcript review when applying to the University of Arizona, so long as the student only has one “P” for a subject on their transcript. We do not know the position of other colleges and universities.

Other colleges and universities may or may not have a similar policy. Please use the following link to request a “P”. https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=4FBwvMxLCUiSReqLZQhIZUikfySyT7tDveAFCBlu6NNU QzJJMFFENzFUQVMxQ01ENzUzOTc4VlNRNC4u

Thank you,
