In addition, the Miners have also scored in each of their last 38 road games which also ranks third on the all-time list for consecutive road victories. The only longer ones were the 43- game string that preceded the current one (2001-09) and a 45-game run from 1975-84.

Fastest starts in GLVC history: The Miners’ score 55 seconds against Bacone marked the 12th time in GLVC history that a team scored in the opening minute of play. Missouri S&T owns the fastest score in league history -- six seconds on a safety in last year’s game with Saint Joseph’s -- and is tied for the second-fastest at 15 seconds when Spencer Elrod returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown in 2014 at Midwestern State.
