On behalf of Massachusetts Electric Company and Nantucket Electric Company, each d/b/a National Grid (“Company”), enclosed please find the Return of Service for the Notice of Filing, Public Hearing, Procedural Conference and Request for Comments issued by the Department of Public Utilities (“Department”) in the above-referenced proceeding. The Company gave notice of said hearing by publishing the Notice in The Boston Globe on October 20, 2017.
