Summary: This site is situated within a mixed use area. With close proximity to industrial use buildings, this site is at risk from possible noise pollution and amenity issues. Access to the site is restricted in that the access point would be at the entrance point to the loading area for the retail store next to the site.

Site Area 0.86 Planning details Application permitted for the demolition of existing food store, erection of 7 retail units and 14 residential flats with associated car parking and ancillary works. June 2005. (DC/05/0437/OUT). This has now lapsed.

Application withdrawn - Outline Application - Construction of food store, non food retail unit, DIY unit with garden centre, car parking and ancillary works (DC/05/0436/FUL).
